Turned out his radiator had a leak. They got the part and repaired him on the side of the road. It was inconvenient time so they could not get the part until the next day, but they were friendly and got our driver moving again.

I called John with Breakdown Solutions and he answered the phone quickly, gave me a rough estimate on arrival time and a basic callout price. He showed up and did a thorough inspection of wiring harness, located the problem and came up with a quick cheap bypass solution to my problem.
